How to Wear Trainers Outside of Gym

As much as I have been trying to fight the sports luxe trend, I have got to admit that it is a life saver for a busy city girl. As much as we all love the heel that's higher than our ambition, being realistic is also important. Knowing what you can cope with is essential, and stilettos during a busy "errands" day are just not the shoe to throw on! Of course, loafers or any classic ballerinas are also a great smart option, but if I am totally honest with myself, those are not the most comfortable shoes either. That is when trainers come in... 

Not only for the gym, but for everyday practical wear too, they are a great alternative and on top of that, the most comfortable one. Just be sure to style them with something other that leggings and a hoodie. If you still want to look smart, whilst rocking the sneaker, try pairing them with smart tailored trousers, basic tee and a leather jacket. Another alternative that I went for is a pair of jeans complimented by a smart blazer. Comfortable and stylish - always a winning combination!
